- Those who haven't had their physical examination and/or oral prophylaxis, please attend to those because they are needed for clearance. The clinic is not accepting oral prophylaxis appointments anymore, but you can get cleared by submitting a poster on oral health or having your oral prophylaxis at a different clinic and submitting a certificate to the school's clinic.
- Please attend to any other matters that may delay your clearance. :)
