Choose one among the following:
1. “PISAY LITTER”
a. photos of places (a minimum of #10) within the PSHS Main Campus with litter
• Classrooms – Indicate the date and day, time, room number in the caption.
• Corridors – Specify the date and day, time, particular corridor of which building in the
caption.
• Comfort rooms – Specify which ones in the caption.
• Dormitories – Specify which ones in the caption.
• Cafeteria – Indicate the date and day, time, and specific location in the cafeteria.
• Best pictures would be those showing the faces of people in the act of littering.
b. photos of your proposed solution to attaining a litter-free Pisay campus:
• Include captions beneath each photo to explain it.
• The proposed solution must be feasible and practical.
Format:
a. powerpoint presentation – diskette form
b. photo album – clearbook
This may be done individually or as a group (maximum of 5 members).
Submit a very detailed division of work, if done as a group.
Criteria for the grade:
Clarity of photos and captions – 40%
Feasibility and practicability of solution – 40%
Presentation – 20%
2. INTERVIEW OF A JANITOR/JANITRESS/MAINTENANCE WORKER WITHIN THE PSHS MAIN CAMPUS
(Before conducting any interview, politely ask the interviewee if s/he is willing to be interviewed. Explain that this is a project for Social Science 3 under Ma’am Bawagan. After the interview, give a token thank you gift to the interviewee, while verbally thanking her/him. Preferably, treat her/him to a snack or meal.)
Objective - to learn from our Pisay campus cleaners the following:
a. their job description
b. their wages – Do these satisfy their needs?
c. their expenses
* How many people do they support?
* transportation
* food
* medicine
* etc.
b. the problems they face in accomplishing their work
c. how students could help lighten their load (very important part)
d. etc.
• Include photos of the interviewee and interviewer/s together with appropriate captions.
• Give your insights and reflections on the experience (very important part too)

(Before conducting any interview, gently ask the interviewee if s/he is willing to be interviewed. Explain that this is a project for a subject in school. After the interview, give a token thank you gift to the interviewee, while verbally thanking her/him. Preferably, treat her/him to a snack or meal.)
Objective - to learn about the lives of street children, particularly the following:
a. Where and with whom do they live?
b. Do they go to school?
c. What is their daily routine / work / income / etc.?
d. What are their expenses?

* medicine
* etc.
e. What are the problems they face daily?
